I specialise in helping Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) and Introverts navigate these challenges and thrive. While I offer coaching packages tailored to entrepreneurs, I also provide dedicated support for those seeking relief specifically from anxiety, overwhelm, and stress. I am DBS-checked, fully insured, and trauma-informed. With a personal journey through anxiety and stress, I understand how overwhelming these emotions can feel—and I’m here to guide you toward relief and resilience.

My Journey: From Darkness to Light

​

At just 10 years old, I was diagnosed with a panic attack and an anxiety disorder. I struggled intensely, to the point where my psychologist described my experience as being trapped in a burning room with no escape. I know what it’s like to feel unsafe in your own body and desperate for relief.

​

Years later, after a breakdown following the birth of my daughter, I knew things needed to change. I found transformation through a combination of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and coaching. These tools changed my life, and I’ve dedicated myself to helping others find their own path to calm and clarity.

I am a certified trauma-informed, professional coach, and a fellow highly sensitive person (HSP) and introvert. With over 5 years of coaching experience and more than 17 years in education, I’ve dedicated my adult life to helping individuals heal from anxiety, self-doubt and overwhelm while pursuing their dreams.
